How to use CAMS


Self-treatment with CAMS is quick and easy

Your TensCam Classic, PulseCam, LaserCam or Personal Tuner comes with instructions for setting up and powering on the machine. Please follow those directions to activate your CAMS unit.

When the machine is turned on, you will see a flashing light-emitting diode (LED) on the end of the transducer, indicating that the machine is in operation.

Position your CAMS unit 18-24 inches from the area of the body you wish to treat. After you have turned on your CAMS unit, visualize the problem area and exhale forcefully through your nose with the intent to heal. This programs your CAMS unit.

Treat each painful area for two minutes. Do not treat a given site more than once daily.
